they were quite clear in prior conversations about where the truffles were from. it was changing every 4 days.
it is not a traditional tasting menu... i don't even think they actually call it a tasting menu but for these purposes i'll describe it as such. it is not a prix fixe to me since it was chef's choice and the dishes weren't necessarily on the menu.
