Haven't tried Ryoji, Raijin, A-OK or Momofuku.
The top three for us are Santouka, Sansotei, and Kinton. All three have relative strengths. I particularly liked the noodles at Kinton, the broth at Sansotei, and Santouka is good all-round.
The next level down, Niwatei is still good in my books. Ajisen is good, but not my favourite noodle style. Kenzo's broths are only OK. Tokyo Grill isn't as good as Niwatei, but is good for the price and location. Haven't been to Konnichiwa in years because it was always underwhelming (with overcooked noodles to boot).
