Thanks for doing such a great review. I'm actually looking for for a special tasting menu next month for my birthday. I love to be surprised and entertained at the same time.
Just to let you know, Splendido no longer has a tasting menu. They are working on some 4 course menus that should be out soon.
Also Colbourne Lane, one of my favorite places, is closed now for renovations.
