I'm happy to report that the char taste and texture of the food last night was really good. Although some dishes arrived really slowly and they were trying to kick us out shortly after the last few dishes arrived, I'd still go back regularly! What an amazing wood rustic ambience, fun atmosphere and authentic feel!
The chicken skin was blessedly crispy and the ankimo monkfish liver was also a highlight. Sadly, wasa beef had no kick, but that was found in takowasabi!
