I went to buy some parm at Costco, they had two brands, both the exact same price, both aged 24 months. How do you choose which one? Anyone tried both and notice any difference? Its odd that costco has two very similar products..usually they don't do that. One as the brand Castelli and one was Ambrosi.
They also had grana padano (Ambrosi), which was only marginally cheaper than the Parm. How is that cheese?
The prices (I think) per kg were 24.99 for the parm and 19.99 for the grana padano.
