On your list, only Nathan's is available in Ontario for sure. I'm not sure about WF 365.
I have seen a Ball Park at Loblaws but I don't think it is the Michigan product.
Schneider's all beef Juicy Jumbo's are fine, as are all beef Kirkland at Costco. There is also a Kirkland all beef Polish dog with a hit of garlic.
These two can be sampled at the food court without a membership.
Loblaws had all beef Kwinter's last year, but I haven't seen it this year in my non urban location.
My favorite is Deli-Cart (pork) at Costco. They usually have a cart with free samples in season.
