They make a very good sisig, but I can't tell you how many stories I've heard about them screwing up or "losing" orders. Even though I had heard the stories, I still took a chance and yup today was a victim of a "lost" order -- even though said order was made days in advance.
Basically we made two orders (one for today and one for Monday - both for holiday potlucks) and upon arrival they said one order was lost and that they could only honor one of those days.
What I don't understand is why they wouldn't have been able to honor Monday's order as well, since that is two days away. What if I had called in today for an order to pick up on Monday?!
Chose today because I don't want to pick Monday and take the chance of going to pick up the food that day and then again being told they have "lost" the order.
Can't believe that attitude they also gave about the lost orders, until I was able to tell them exactly where the order was written in their order book.
Although the sisig is good, it's such a shame about the horrible customer service.
