I've been about a half-dozen times.
It's well worth checking out (for any events). But the quality varies dramatically - many nights are guest chefs (some dinners are more formal) and on the other nights there are some regulars (chefs) that chip-in with a single evening dinner (maybe a couple of courses or a 1-pot all-in) which lasts until 'all food is gone'. Some nights there's plenty. Other nights it goes quickly. Recently they ran out of the 'protein' before 7:00pm but the main vegetarian 'stew/casserole' was still in good supply.
I haven't written these up as each meal is different, so a specific review doesn't make much sense. It's also communal seating, although usually meals are served individually.
The fact that I've returned means I like the place. The fact that I don't go more regularly also shows that the menus are totally off-the-wall.
But I totally support the whole enterprise - it's always interesting and the price point makes most events affordable. Even the reserve-in-advance events are typically only $40pp (plus taxes).
And I'm already booked for an upcoming event!
