Are you comfortable shopping at an Asian grocery store? If so, I've had consistent good quality at T&T that is reasonably priced. The turnover is really high so I never found a bad or smelly piece so far.
Since they've been purchased by Loblaws, I also find they have more staff that can speak fluent English when compared to other Asian supermarkets. It's not as hard to navigate the butcher or fish area.
The T&T I frequent is the one in Mississauga.
