Just a quick request that people post the info here rather than (or in addition to) emailing -- information emailed to one person helps only that person, while information shared on the boards helps anyone who might need it.
Chefmarty, you can turn on email notifications on your profile -- click 'view profile' in the top right corner of the page, and then choose 'settings' and 'chowhound' to find the settings page -- and then you'll be notified by email of any replies you receive.
