Good Bakery in Mississauga-French Corner Bakery

This is our favorite bakery/patisserie, great organic coffee, bread that has a chewy crust, but a nice soft inside with a slight sour flavour, not unlike sourdough bread. If you get there early enough you can get chocolate croissant, but that sometime means before nine am! I made the walnut bread from here into French toast and it was the best French toast ever. I boiled some wild frozen blueberries in maple syrup until they burst and used this. Now the Macarons are really good, and they have chocolate, vanilla and all the rest, but they now are selling guava macarons, which are so good. Not really sweet and the guava filling is flavourful with a little sourness, REALLY outstanding, never seen guava macarons before. I’m a fan of Americano coffee, I have a gold card from Starbucks and drink a long grande Americano, the long just means the coffee is made richer, and almost half a cup before water is added, but as you get down near the bottom of a Starbucks coffee, it becomes bitter, most often the long Americano is undrinkable near the bottom of the cup. Not here, the Americano coffee not only is richer with great crema, it does not become bitter, it remains rich in flavour, and it does not have a slight burnt flavour like Starbucks coffees do. And then it is organic, meaning no chemicals were used to grow this coffee!
