Hi Pete: I don't have any first hand experience with Grand or much with take out Chinese in general. However I will comment that high end Chinese food is unlikely to translate well in take-out containers. I would be inclined to suggest looking at a take-out menu from a place like the Mandarin as they are geared for take-out business. We know how CH'ers love the Mandarin!
