I believe Seven Cups has Chinese-made matcha but it's not offered online; you could call and ask about availability. I've not bought from this place http://www.holymtn.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=advanced_search_result&search_in_description=1&keyword=matcha but they've been around since at least '96, so they must be doing something right. Certainly this Chinese matcha is affordable.
