NU BÜGEL
Just thought I’d add onto my post above and report that we toasted a couple of the bagels this morning and they were terrific. Nice and crisp on the outside but still dense and tender on the inside for the perfect “chew”. We tasted a hint of sweetness…perhaps more than you might expect in a Montreal style bagel but we quite enjoyed them. We thought the fact that they were baked in a wood oven would have imparted a smokiness but there was no discernable smoky flavour present. A nice addition to the market IMHO.
Does anyone know if they have plain bagels?
