We've had the Sunday brunch at King Edward 3 times. The pastries seemed to be made with a lot of shortening and were dry. Some of the food items were warm as well, and we had the first seating. The seafood choices were disappointing; water logged and rubbery. The Beef Wellington was rare. Personally, I think it should have been medium, not bloody red. The last visit was with friends who really wanted to try it out, else we wouldn't have returned.
