Anyone ever tried/experienced the food at Govinda (the HK church)?

So I finally tried this and it was very good. All the curries were less heavy, more veggie dense. Like tomatoes and sweet potato and my favourite, some kind of melon (winter melon?) that was sweet but not like honeydew mixed with Indian cheese (that was much more tasty than I usually find Indian cheese). The dessert was a halva (so-called) that I didn't care for. My friend found the classic honey ball dessert better than average. No beverages served except water. And some interesting seasoned breads. It's an unusual buffet in that you are served by a person behind the food counter but you can go back as often as you want and suggest portion sizes as you are served. Friendly staff. And no religious incursions made to us. The surroundings are offputting when you first arrive---the high ceiling room has an old feel to it and when we arrived, there was only one person in the largely empty room. But more people filtered in over the evening, very low key. For $10 and the creativity of the dishes and taste-the-vegetable curries, I would definitely go back.
