Good luck with that. Most Mexican restos seem to pull the guac and chips over customers' eyes--instead of wool--and roll out the same old stuff. If it's fresh and tasty, great, but TO has never had credible regional Mexican restos.IMHO it's ingredient access, kitchen know-how, and ingrained local taste for what a "Mexican" menu should include that keep it from happening.
