Agree that this was deep-fried - that's their standard preparation (although my dishes weren't greasy). BUT they offer the option to NOT deep-fry for an additional charge (but I haven't tried the alternative). It's clearly stated on their menu (I actually commented on that option to AmuseGirl on our first visit).
