There is something quite sublime about a really good steak being walked from a glass walled aging cooler to a grill, then arriving on your plate. In the hopefully distant future, when someone orders my flavour of soylent green, that they get a similar display of respect. Service very knowledgeable about the wine list, with only a limited push to upsell.
And, relatively pricey jewels left in the restroom! Won't describe here, but was turned in to staff, so call 'em up if it is yours.
