I wasn't sure how to title this post. My husband and I (late 40's) like take a day and explore a neighbourhood in Toronto through their pubs. We usually start just after lunch and well, let's face it, are pretty done by 8 :)
We've done some of the well known places - Bloor West, Annex/Bloor/Spadina, Little Italy, Queen - Cadillac Lounge/Drake area, Queen West and the Esplanade. We live in the east end, so Leslieville, Danforth and Beaches are regular haunts.
No real interest in Yonge/Eg.
With all of that in mind, we're looking for ideas for this summer's day out. Any ideas with 7-8 bars would be great. We usually subway to our first spot and then mostly walk from there.
Thanks!
