I went past on a Monday evening and there was a short line (or at least people just inside the space and not spilling out onto the sidewalk). It was around 8pm. Couldn't tell if there were a lot of tables but the space did look fairly small. Lunch time maybe worse though since it's prime time.
That area doesn't have too many fancy restaurants that I can think of. You could try Lisa Marie, Epicure Cafe and Grill, Aji Sai or 5th Element.
