Stopped by the new location yesterday. I understand what people are saying about the high counter where the order pickup is. Does seem supper high but I guess they have all of their supplies laid out there. I added "smoke" to my burger for the first time, nice addition/texture/etc.
I think the location of the burger options might slow down the order process because it seems like people just wait until they get to the counter to figure out what they will order.... Luckily when I passed by there was only 1 person in front of me and then while I was waiting for the burger the line ended up going to the door.
Noticed one of my "pet peeves" happening too. People grabbing tables before even ordering. Luckily I managed to grab the last empty table after I ordered but would rather people wait until they get their order to claim a table (saw the same thing at BMB many times.. Hard when there are only a few seats.
