We had a really great 'licious meal at Smith on Church last night. It wasn't busy but a bit uncomfortably warm inside. Patio out back was filled.
I had steak frites and it was fantastic. Thick cut of steak on top of a bed of fries that were in a tarragon gravy and covered with fried onions. Incredibly heavy for a hot night but super good.
SO had the smoked chicken cobb salad. Chicken was on the bone and it was really good.
Service was great, nothing about it was rushed and portions were gigantic.
We've made a point to check out some of the local neighbourhood places for 'licious and always found it enjoyable. We were thrilled with our meal last night and can't wait to check out the rest of the menu at Smith post 'licious.
