It's more 'Texas' than 90% of the so-called Texas BBQ in Toronto!
However, my point was SPECIFICALLY that they were unlike anything else (I don't care what they're called). And I believe that my post clearly pointed that out. I even put the 'name' in quotes.
Do you disagree?
