The Living Room is at the location of the former Prime. They have done a major renovation with a small fine dining area at the back, a well constructed bar at the front and in between a lounge area for more casual eating (and drinking). I like the feel of the room. I have eaten there and enjoyed the food - there is a good mix of smaller meals and higher cost dinners. I have tried many plates and enjoyed them all. I think the dessert menu needs to be expanded to include more items for one - too many are only available for sharing. Staffing in the lounge / fine dining area is first-rate, many seasoned hold overs give it a comfortable feel. At the bar it appears much staffing work is needed. They need some seasoned, professional bar tenders to attract and keep the type of customers they will get. At present the bar staff are too intent on chatting and chatting up clients - they are very pleasant but lack the type of maturity that is sorely lacking at the bar. It is completely out of sync with the rest of the room.
