The Toqué dinner at Stratus last night was AMAZING. They hold their special dinners like this in the press alley where the fermenting and holding tanks are. There were 40 guests and it was a mixed crowd of locals, people from Toronto and several people from Montreal. Dynamic is very friendly and social -- I was there by myself and had a great time talking to my neighbours, none of whom I knew. It's a pretty special place to have dinner. My neighbours consisted of a couple from Toronto, a couple from NOTL and a couple from Montreal.
The best part of the meal was the chance to have Stratus' first ever vintage of their Stratus Red -- the 2001.
