I have another burger challenge for you. Now I've not tried Real McCoys (yet), so I can't make the comparison myself. I would love to know how Mama's Boys Burgers stacks up.
Beau and I tried it recently and we both fell in love. Fresh never frozen burgers and fries. You can get an American done on the flat top or a Mama on the charcoal grill. You gotta love a place that has both styles. The french fries were remarkably fresh and the gravy very much homemade. I can't tell if the onion rings are house made as well, but they were darn good nonetheless.
As for the place itself, it's located on the north side of Danforth Rd just east of Birchmount in the same plaza as Sun Valley. The staff was friendly and informative. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. No awkward moments standing... staring. Clean as a whistle in there too. We accidentally sat next to the bathrooms, but decided not to move. We couldn't smell anything but the cooking food.
Their website is terrible so I'll give you these menu links instead. They're mostly accurate except Mama's Boys Burgers doesn't have chili anymore. Quite a shame that they don't. I could have a lot of fun making Coney versions of everything.
