Arowhon Pines is open until Thanksgiving weekend. It's possible to rent out the whole resort for a wedding, if it's available. I'd start checking with resorts as soon as possible.

Killarney Lodge is somewhat more economical than Arowhon Pines.

Both serve good food, sourcing local ingredients when possible. The food at Killarney is more rustic than the food at Arowhon.
I've never been, but Clevelands House and Taboo also might be worth considering.
