Its funny, cause when I started this thread, I knew people were going to say it was scause it's fresher. It's not that. I've gone into pizza pizza and and ordered a small and started to eat it as soon as the guy pulled it out oven. They're doing something different. Using different stuff or something. The pepperoni doesn't ieven look the same. Texture of the dough. It's not the freshness.
