I've done Quince and Earth Bloor. As for the two I've booked, well, they're among the few with interesting vegetarian options (beyond the usual pasta primavera, which is a total cop out). Most of the pricier restaurants have boring vegetarian menus - except for Prime, which didn't appeal to my significant other.
