Just last week at this place Buk Chang Dong for a traditionally Korean soon tofu - a spicy(ish) tofu and other protein stew.

It's incredibly affordable, really authentic, definitely cannot get it in small towns (couldn't get it in Kingston when I was living there) and actually really tasty!
You drop raw eggs in your stew and let them cook!
