Much have been said about how great the pork bone broth, al dante ramen noodle, melt in the mouth Toroniku pork cheek, perfect yolk yummy eggs...etc of Santouka. So I won't dwell on them further.
However, one thing I would like to point out and that is 'what great value for money that bowl of Ikura Don is'!! Especially when ordered as a combo with the ramen!!
Compare to Sansotei, the amount of the salmon roe given must be at least 5 times more!!!!
