Forget about Mei Nung, any northern-chinese restaurants will serve better beef noodle, e.g. Hot Spicy Spicy (Finch & Leslie)."Da Cheng" (Finch & Midland) is my favorite. It just feels right, the broth is thick and the noodle is hand-made.
