Porchetta Dinner at Daisho?

Dinner at Daisho was a lot of fun. The porchetta wasnt exactly what I was expecting but it was huge and tasty. It didnt have the traditional garlic, rosemary, herb flavor profile I was expecting and there really wasnt much of a crust or crackling. The side dishes stole the show really. The bussel sprouts with fishsauce blew my mind and the carrots with malt "soil" were almost as ridiculously good. The service was great (the hostess was a bit spotty but the waiter was awesome) and the cocktails tasty. We saw lots of people eating the Bo Ssam and fried chicken. I will definitely go back to sample one of those.
