It's not jerky, but I'm totally addicted to the biltong from Florence Meats. Florence Meats is not far from where my girlfriend's parents live out in Oakville, but it is sold in a few places in Toronto. If you call them, they can probably tell you where to get it from.
The main difference between biltong and jerky is that biltong is not smoked, just air dried. It has great flavor, and is less salty than most jerky.
Also, for vegans, I found this really great, slightly sweet mushroom jerky in a bunch of Vietnamese places, including Rose Cafe at Broadview and Gerrard.
